Media4Change gGmbH supports films and campaigns about environmental and climate protection.
Climate change and biodiversity loss are amongst the most pressing challenges of our times. Worldwide problems and the urgency to do something about it are becoming more acute every day! Media4Change is a non-profit organization supporting environmental education in schools, universities and other educational facilities. By providing environmental films and accompanying educational materials we raise awareness and show solutions to many of our problems.
What are the solutions for a positive future? How do we achieve substantial CO2 reductions, the energy transition, climate and environmental protection? What is needed in order to create a regenerative, sustainable future for all?
Founded by producer, filmmaker and environmental activist Carl-A. Fechner, Media4Change is an international competence center for environmental media benefitting from Carl´s extensive expertise: With over 35 years of experience in audiovisual impact films, he is determined to advance knowledge and action both around environmental and social change for a better future. His goal is to reach as many people as possible worldwide on a variety of platforms with selected films and accompanying public impact campaigns, and to disseminate and share knowledge about sustainability.

Impact Campaign to Save our Planet!
THE STORY OF A NEW WORLD is a film and impact campaign that will be taken to at least 50 countries worldwide to allow people to become change makers for the social and ecological transformation needed. You can help take this campaign to your local community in the USA! In times of complex challenges, wars and an ever-escalating climate crises, many people feel overwhelmed, powerless or even climate anxiety. Therefore, it is more important than ever to bring people together in an inspiring environment, show them constructive solutions and enable them to easily get active themselves. On our way to a more sustainable future for all, the film and impact campaign THE STORY OF A NEW WORLD touches people emotionally and enables them - after each single screening - to engage with local NGOs, initiative and sustainable organizations to help create a more sustainable world, starting in their own community! Activities range from ecological actions about renewable energy, e-mobility, urban gardening projects, regenerative farming to inner change, indigenous knowledge, women empowerment, environmental justice and a new school system. With your kind support, you enable screenings and impact events to be taken to a large variety of places in the USA - maybe even into your own hometown!
