Yet, in rural Gujarat, India, over 1,300 children, including 40% who are orphaned or abandoned, go without the essentials. Across the U.S., special needs children and their caregivers struggle with hunger, lack of resources, and overwhelming challenges. At International SEVA, we’re committed to bridging these gaps and creating opportunities for these vulnerable communities. Why Your Support Matters The children we serve in India subsist on diets of lentils, wheat flour, and the occasional potato or carrot. None have access to milk, rice, fruits, or greens. In the U.S., families in Title 1 schools and shelters face food insecurity, lack of educational supplies, and financial strain. Together, we can: Nourish Hungry Children:  Provide balanced meals to improve physical health, focus, and school attendance. Empower Education:  Equip children with school supplies, art kits, and technology to create brighter futures. Support Caregivers:  Deliver hygiene kits and clothing to ease their financial burdens. Your Impact at Work In Gujarat, India: Combat Malnutrition:  Help provide nutritious staples to over 1,300 children in remote villages who dream of having milk, rice, and fresh greens. Support Caregivers & Educators:  Provide mentorship and training to caretakers and teacher’s assistants, empowering them to nurture and guide these young learners.   In the U.S.: Nutritious Meals for Families:  Deliver culturally familiar meals, protein-packed snacks, and groceries to special needs children and low-income families. Stock Food Banks:  Donate breakfast items, fresh produce, and non-perishables to local shelters and food banks to fight hunger in your community. Inspire Creativity in Schools:  Provide school supplies and educational resources to neurodiverse children in Title 1 schools, fostering creativity, confidence, and learning. Restore Confidence and Dignity:  Offer hygiene kits, clothing, and essentials to vulnerable caregivers and their children, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being.
