The Independent Musicians Alliance (IMA) is an advocacy/resource organization for professional musicians, teachers, and allies, which is built on the foundation of the power of solidarity. Through solidarity of purpose we will create a grass roots alliance, and change will occur. We must put economic guarantees and respectful working conditions into achievable collective bargaining agreements.  The road map for success will be created by the collective alliance.
