About Garden of Hope Foundation (GoHF)
Founded in 2014, the Garden of Hope Foundation (GoHF) is a youth-focused organization working to empower young people in Kenya’s urban slums and rural areas. Through our three core programs: Education, Livelihoods, and Leadership Development. .We equip youth with the skills, support, and opportunities they need to become changemakers in their communities.
Impact
- Mentored over 20,000 youth across 55 schools in Kenya.
- Provided 150 direct scholarships to needy high school students resulting to 95% transition to colleges and universities.
- Supported 500 youth-led businesses with training, funding and mentorship.
Our Strategic Objectives:
- Foster academic and personal growth through structured mentorship
- Build leadership capacity among youth for community transformation
- Promote job creation by equipping youth with entrepreneurial skills and capital
Looking Ahead:

- Award scholarships to 500+ students annually
- Connect 300+ youth each year to sustainable jobs or entrepreneurship creating 500 direct jobs annually.
- Grow our micro-finance fund to $ 500,000 to scale youth-led enterprises.

The Hope Hub: Building a Future Youth in Kenya.

The "Hope Hub" is an ambitious and transformative initiative to establish a first-of-its-kind Youth Empowerment Centre in Homa Bay County (HomaBay Town) . This is a safe, inclusive, and vibrant space where youth can access life skills training, mentorship, mental health support, innovation labs, and economic empowerment programs all under one roof! Impacting, 5, 000 Youth annually, The Hope Hub will not only respond to these pressing needs but also become a model of grassroots-driven development. C o-created with the community, powered by local leadership, and sustained through innovation. This campaign invites partners, friends, and changemakers to join us in raising funds to design, build, and equip the Hope Hub. Let’s build hope that lasts .
