What We Do
Educational transformation doesn’t happen in a single workshop—it takes sustained, practical, and research-based professional development. That’s why our programs blend engaging training with ongoing coaching, ensuring new strategies are implemented effectively and last over time.
Through initiatives like our flagship Diplomado LECTO LABS, we equip educators with:
- Research-based instructional methodologies for teaching reading and writing effectively.
- Tools to foster responsive, inclusive, equitable classrooms.
- Resources such as classroom library kits that put books directly into students’ hands.
- Demonstrations of instructional best-practices designed to nurture critical thinking, collaboration, and joy in learning. ProEd Kids at the ProEd Demo Lab – Learning in Action
Our ProEd Demo Lab is where professional learning comes to life. Through the ProEd Kids program, teachers observe master instructional coaches in action, working with 1st–4th grade students from local public schools within an underserved community.
In these live classroom sessions, educators observe effective instructional methodologies in real time—strategies designed to promote learning, inclusion, and student well-being. Immediately afterward, teachers engage in personalized coaching sessions to unpack the lesson observation, connect it to research, and plan how to transfer these practices into their own classrooms.
This immersive approach transforms theory into practice, accelerating teacher growth and ensuring students benefit right away.
