Fundación Manchitas

Fundación Manchitas is a Panama-based nonprofit organization, dedicated to reducing animal overpopulation and improving public health through accessible, low-cost sterilization and vaccination services, along with rescue and free adoption of dogs and cats.

Created in 2020, the foundation works with animals living on the streets and with low-income families, preventing uncontrolled reproduction, reducing the spread of disease, and promoting humane treatment of animals as a shared public health responsibility.
