At Filantropico, we strive to grow and strengthen a community of enterprising families who have structured and focused social and environmental investing strategies, who know each other well, and who share best practices, achievements, lessons, and challenges.

We believe that the more individuals and families implement rigorous and focused philanthropic strategies, their economic resources, and social and intellectual capital will leverage structural changes to build a better society. This is why we advise and accompany families and individuals in structuring their social and environmental impact strategies.

We have three workstreams:

1. We motivate individuals and families to invest more and better in social and environmental causes for profit or not-for-profit.
2. We build and consolidate a community of philanthropists, so they share best practices, and lessons learned and maintain a deep commitment to social change.
3. We strengthen the social impact ecosystem and help align efforts that produce better results.

Our services include:

• Advisory to enterprising families who want to create or strengthen their impact strategies. Our advisory strategy is directed at those who want to begin their social o environmental investing processes, strengthen their governance, incorporate new generations, expand their strategies, and/or explore new investment areas.
• Conferences and expert-led programs about good practices and lessons from the social sector and impact-driven investments. Our conferences and programs offer space for reflection and encounters around the potential of social and environmentally-driven investment for Colombia's development.
• Knowledge generation (yearly magazine) for effective investments in social impact in Colombia and Latin America. We create and share content for families who are interested in strategic social and environmentally-driven investments in Colombia and Latin America. We highlight successful cases of strategic philanthropy, global tendencies in social investments, and other knowledge about the impact ecosystem in Colombia.
