Founded in 2015, Ethical Trade Co is a nonprofit based in Madison, Wisconsin, dedicated to building a more just and sustainable marketplace. We work directly with artisan groups, farmers, and cooperatives in vulnerable communities to ensure fair wages, dignified employment, and environmentally responsible production.
Our store—both in-person and online—offers ethically sourced clothing, home goods, food, and gifts that empower shoppers to make a difference with every purchase. Beyond retail, we engage in community education, advocacy, and partnerships that highlight the importance of fair trade, anti-exploitation supply chains, and conscious consumerism.
