Esperanza Community Services is dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and autism to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling, independent lives. Founded on the principles of inclusion, innovation, and compassion, Esperanza offers a range of educational, vocational, clinical, and residential programs tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Our Therapeutic Day School offers specialized instruction for students with high behavioral and developmental needs, integrating life skills, academic growth, and social-emotional development. For young adults and adults, our vocational and day programs create meaningful opportunities to build skills, gain independence, and engage with the community.

At the heart of our approach is a commitment to advocacy, equity, and holistic support. We foster an environment where students, clients, and their families are partners in their growth, ensuring individualized plans that honor each person’s strengths and aspirations.
