Founded in 2021, Ends Meet first began as a music blog & web publication that focused on promoting independent artists that have overcome adversity through their artistry. Since then, our focus has evolved dramatically.

Ends Meet is now a 501(c)3-pending, Louisiana-chartered non-profit organization that aims to offer financial & professional assistance to artists & musicians, donate to music & arts education, organize an annual community festival, & invest in the future of the creative industry on behalf of independent creatives everywhere.

We plan to accomplish our mission & effect change by recruiting passionate volunteers focused on improving opportunities within the creative industry, engaging in creative & aggressive fundraising strategies, and garnering community support in Louisiana and beyond.

• OUR GOALS -

1. Provide Access to Resources & Support Services
   We strive to provide artists with access to a variety of additional resources on our website, as well as connecting individuals with artist support services for design, promotion, education, etc.

2. Individual Funding Programs for Talented Artists
   Our goal is to implement a variety of application-based funding programs that provide grants to aspiring & talented creatives. These programs will offer financial assistance to individual artists.

3. Donate Digital Media Equipment to Community
   We plan to donate digital media equipment to schools & corrections facilities. Providing the resources to create is an essential goal of our organization, and we want to have a lasting & positive effect on our community.

4. Organize & Host an Annual Music & Arts Festival
   Ultimately, we plan to organize an annual festival for independent artists & musicians - the Ends Meetup. We want to involve the community in showcasing the hard work of aspiring artists & celebrating their talents.

We are currently looking for new volunteers that want to be directly involved with artists & communities. This organization is still in its foundational stage, and our success depends on building a solid foundation - a dedicated team that is committed to achieving our goals.
Ends Meet is seeking passionate professionals to join our organization. We are ideally looking for motivated individuals who are tech-savvy and can think both critically & creatively, able to establish & achieve goals independently.
While representing Ends Meet, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with artists & communities, and gain valuable insight about networking in the creative industry. You will also have numerous opportunities to showcase your skills & talents in a variety of professional applications, including:
