Downtown College Place Association

The Downtown College Place Association (DCPA) is a community-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to create a vibrant, welcoming, and economically healthy downtown where local businesses can grow, neighbors can connect, and visitors feel invited.

We believe a strong downtown benefits the entire community. It provides a place for people to gather, supports locally owned businesses, strengthens the local economy, and helps create a sense of pride and belonging. DCPA brings together residents, business and property owners, civic leaders, and volunteers who share a commitment to the future of downtown College Place.

We advance our mission through practical projects, community partnerships, and volunteer involvement. Our work includes supporting downtown beautification, encouraging improvements to storefronts and other visible spaces, adding welcoming public amenities, promoting local businesses, and creating opportunities for community members to help shape the future of downtown.

DCPA’s Downtown Improvement Grant Program provides matching assistance for eligible projects that improve the appearance and vitality of the downtown area. These grants can help turn good ideas into visible improvements while encouraging businesses and property owners to invest alongside the community.
