The Transform & Change Youth Initiative is a nationwide effort to place 100,000 story-based workbooks into the hands of Gen Z and Gen Alpha youth facing real-life challenges such as anxiety, financial instability, trauma, and lack of direction.

Year 1 focuses on pilot and validation, launching in Kansas City with educator evaluations, community partnerships, and initial sponsored distributions.

Years 2–3 expand into major markets including San Diego and Los Angeles, scaling through school districts, youth organizations, and strategic corporate sponsorships.

Years 4–5 drive national rollout, leveraging media partnerships, fundraising events, and business networks to reach schools, nonprofits, and community programs across the United States.

The model is powered by corporate sponsorships, grants, and fundraising initiatives, allowing books and digital downloads to be provided free to youth and educators.

Goal: 100,000 workbooks distributed in five years—equipping young people with the mindset, tools, and structure to make better choices, create real change, and build stronger futures.
