The Centre for AI Security and Access (CASA) was founded with a singular purpose: to address one of the most critical tensions in global AI governance—the gap between equitable access and necessary security. In a rapidly evolving technological landscape, advanced AI systems hold immense promise for addressing global challenges, yet their development and deployment remain concentrated among a handful of powerful entities. At CASA, we work to ensure that the benefits of AI technology can be widely and equitably distributed without compromising essential security considerations that protect individuals, communities, and nations from potential harm.

We envision a future where advanced AI technologies are developed, governed, and deployed in ways that respect the sovereignty, needs, and contexts of diverse global stakeholders, particularly those from the Global Majority who have historically been excluded from technological decision-making. Through rigorous research, thoughtful diplomacy, and practical tool-building, we aim to create pathways for meaningful participation in the AI ecosystem that balance accessibility with responsible safeguards.

How to donate

• Every.org covers processing fees for ACH (bank) transfers, stock gifts, and DAF donations, so 100% of your donation reaches our organization when you use these payment methods. For credit card and PayPal/Venmo donations, we incur a small processing fee (2.2% + $0.30 per transaction), although you have the option to cover these fees.
• We’re grateful for donations of all sizes. To help us keep administrative costs low and direct more resources to our work, we suggest a minimum contribution of $50. For donors considering monthly gifts below $50, quarterly or semi-annual contributions can be a great alternative that still spreads support across the year. We truly appreciate your contribution.
• Donations made through Every.org are tax-deductible in the United States. We can also accept tax-deductible donations from a number of different countries, including the UK, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and more.
