We think that reducing risks from advanced AI systems is one of the most important and interesting problems of our time and that undergraduate and graduate students can quickly start doing valuable research towards mitigating these risks.
CBAI supports the student groups AISST at Harvard and MAIA at MIT in conducting research and running technical and policy-focused student fellowships on AI safety.
