Metabolic Psychiatric Recovery Program - picture shows Rolling green hills and distant mountains bathed in golden sunset light, with a narrow dirt road winding through a lush valley. Signifying the path to recovery.

Founded in 2022 by licensed mental health counselor Nicole Laurent, Brain Fog Recovery Source began quietly providing low-cost or free ketogenic metabolic therapy to individuals struggling with serious psychiatric disorders. After witnessing remarkable psychiatric recoveries and a growing demand from individuals unable to access or benefit from traditional treatment methods, the organization expanded its mission and reach.

Making Ketogenic Therapy Accessible for Psychiatric Recovery – A Nonprofit Story

Today, Brain Fog Recovery Source delivers a clinician-led, online Metabolic Psychiatric Recovery Program designed specifically for people experiencing debilitating psychiatric symptoms on government disability at no cost, as well improving accessibility for low-income individuals. By using ketogenic dietary interventions alongside comprehensive education and individualized support, participants can explore the hope and promise of ketogenic therapies and may achieve measurable reductions in psychiatric symptoms, improved cognitive clarity, and meaningful gains in daily functioning.

Your donation directly funds program access for individuals who cannot afford treatment, allowing us to provide essential education, personalized support, and a path toward recovery to those most in need.
