Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tennessee Valley (BBBSTV) is a nonprofit mentoring organization serving the Huntsville, Alabama area. Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Our vision is simple: all youth achieve their potential.

We partner with parents, guardians, volunteers, and the broader community to help each child in our program build higher aspirations, greater confidence, and stronger relationships — while avoiding risky behaviors and achieving educational success.

Our programs include community-based mentoring, school-based mentoring, and our group mentoring program, Men of Valor. Each model connects young people with caring, screened adult volunteers in structured, consistent relationships.

BBBSTV is a proud affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the nation's largest volunteer-supported mentoring network, and a member of the State Association of Alabama. These affiliations ensure our programs meet rigorous, research-based standards with over 120 years of proven impact behind them.
