This September, Robin Bond and Zapata will represent Team USA at the 2026 Working Equitation World Championships in Spain. From a wild-born Kiger Mustang in Oregon to competing among the world’s best, their journey is a testament to partnership, perseverance, and the extraordinary spirit of the American Mustang. They're leaving at the end of July to begin training in Europe and will be arriving in Jerez to settle in at the World Championship venue on September 6, 2026. Kimberlee Barker, a horse trainer who lives in Corvalis, OR, was recently selected as one of four members of the United States' team competing at the 2026 World Association for Working Equitation's World Championships in Jerez, Spain September 6-13, 2026.
