The Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) is the Philippines’ major private sector vehicle and coordinator for disaster resilience. As an alliance of businesses dedicated to building the disaster management capabilities of the private sector in the country, PDRF works in all areas: prevention and mitigation, preparedness, response, and rehabilitation and recovery.
With a whole-of-society approach, PDRF bridges partnerships not only with the private sector but also with communities, government agencies, local government units, and humanitarian organizations.
Composed of over 70 member companies, PDRF is co-chaired by PLDT-Smart Communications Chairman Manuel Pangilinan, Ayala Corporation Chairman and CEO Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, and Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle.

Help earthquake-affected communities in Cebu and Davao
A devastating 6.9 magnitude and 7.4 earthquakes recently struck Cebu and Davao, respectively, displacing families, upending lives, and leaving these provinces reeling from relentless aftershocks. Numerous buildings have sustained damage and essential utilities and services remain disrupted. Due to the ongoing aftershocks, thousands of families are forced to sleep outside their homes out of fear that their houses might collapse. The Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) stands in solidarity with the families impacted by this disaster, and we are committed to supporting and uplifting them. The PDRF Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is vigilantly monitoring the situation and mobilizing resources from partners to deliver help to areas most affected. While our teams respond on the ground, families urgently need immediate relief. With your help, we can provide essential aid such as food, water, hygiene products, shelter, and medical support.
