The Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) is the Philippines’ major private sector vehicle and coordinator for disaster resilience. As an alliance of businesses dedicated to building the disaster management capabilities of the private sector in the country, PDRF works in all areas: prevention and mitigation, preparedness, response, and rehabilitation and recovery.
With a whole-of-society approach, PDRF bridges partnerships not only with the private sector but also with communities, government agencies, local government units, and humanitarian organizations.
Composed of over 70 member companies, PDRF is co-chaired by PLDT-Smart Communications Chairman Manuel Pangilinan, Ayala Corporation Chairman and CEO Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, and Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle.

Help disaster-affected communities in the Philippines
A strong 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Sarangani, Mindanao, causing severe damage throughout Southern Mindanao. Many buildings collapsed, coastal communities evacuated due to tsunami warnings, and thousands of families lost their homes, food, and basic services. The Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) is standing with all families affected by this disaster and is dedicated to helping them through this crisis. Our Emergency Operations Center is now active, and we are working with our private sector partners to help the government deliver aid to families in need. Families need urgent help right now. With your support, we can give them food, water, hygiene supplies, shelter, and medical care. PDRF is not only focused on emergency relief. We are also helping families begin rebuilding their homes, jobs, schools, and health centers as part of early recovery.
