To create a better tomorrow, we need quality teachers today. And at the Teacher Salary Project, we believe teachers’ pay should reflect their impact. As a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, we raise awareness, campaign for better outcomes, and amplify teachers’ voices. Our goal is to make teaching prestigious and desirable by advocating for financial viability in order to ultimately impact student outcomes.
