Stop Animal Cruelty is an all-volunteer, 501 (c) (3) non profit animal welfare group founded in 2008. For 17 years we followed the traditional pet rescue adoption model assisting hundreds of abused, abandoned, and neglected pets each year. We have now grown and transitioned into something much greater! We are tackling the root of the problem that is causing an increasing number of pets to be abandoned or surrendered which is overwhelming rescues and shelters. By focusing on the overpopulation of unwanted pets, we can help low income families keep their pets and prevent rescues having to turn away pets in need. This is why we chose to pivot and focus on a low cost spay & neuter program.

If you have a dog or cat that needs to be altered, you may text your information to (501) 620-3160 or email llwass2000@yahoo.com to have a low cost voucher sent to you. Please send your name, number and mailing address so a low cost voucher can be sent to you. These vouchers allow you 50% off spaying or neutering at participating Veterinarians.
