The Nantahala Area SORBA (NAS) is a mountain bike trail advocacy group. The NAS membership is around 50 dedicated mountain bikers. NAS maintains and advocates for mountain biking opportunities in the North Carolina counties of Jackson, Swain, Graham, Cherokee, Clay, and the EBCI Qualla Boundary. NAS assists the USFS in maintaining the mountain biking trails at Tsali Recreation Area on the banks of Lake Fontana.
