Second Harvest of Silicon Valley

I gave because 1 of 8 people in the U.S. do not know where their next Meal comes from. COVID-19 created more uncertainty than ever before.

Even before COVID-19, SHSV was assisting 1 in 10 people in Silicon Valley with feeding themselves and their families. They estimated that a further 1 in 4 people were at risk of hunger in the Valley. This need has only increased.

So many people are out of work and need help, struggling for basic necessities. I can't imagine having hunger compound the already intense anxiety of COVID.

These organizations are essential in ensuring that families and children do not go hungry in this time of crisis.

Food security is essential and requests have increased 5x because of coronavirus.
