We contribute to fostering a dynamic, shared society in Belgium by working with partners within formal and informal educational eco-systems to bring together students and educators from different socio-economic backgrounds and language communities to learn a creative approach for "changing the game" of negotiation from adversarial bargaining to joint, creative problem-solving, based on methodology developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project.
