**Step 01: Connection.** The Buddy Programme pairs displaced people with local residents. The Women Buddy Programme matches women globally with peer supporters. AI-powered matching on lived experiences, personality, and support areas.

**Step 02: Language.** Language Connect matches learners with volunteer conversation partners for weekly video practice in any language. 8,000+ learners. 7,805+ sessions delivered. 50+ countries. 

**Step 03: Skills.** Skills Academy: a video platform for 1-on-1 expert mentorship across 10 fields. Data science, AI/ML, cybersecurity, web development, UX design, product management, digital marketing, cloud/DevOps, HR, and career development. Session booking. Verified certificates with QR codes. Corporate CSR portal with Benevity and Workday export. Digital First Steps: 8-week digital skills programme for US adults who lack digital access.

**Step 04: Work.** Mentors for Ukraine matches displaced professionals with career mentors by industry, seniority, and geography. 400+ mentors. 2,000+ mentees. 50+ countries.
