Norfolk Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers are appointed by judges to the most challenging court cases of child abuse and neglect. CASA volunteers investigate, monitor, and report to the court on the best interest of the children. Our highly trained volunteers remain by their CASA kid’s side as they navigate through the court and social service systems on their journey to a safe, permanent home.
