No Shame On U is dedicated to eliminating the stigma associated with mental health conditions so the people who need the help will seek it, family members and friends will know how to provide proper support, and to save lives.

No Shame On U achieves our mission through community outreach programs, an online presence of over 120,000 social media followers, blogs, podcast resource guides, handouts, crisis information, videos, teen leadership programs, and customized educational workshops for audiences of all sizes. We partner with organizations throughout the Chicagoland community and the country and are known for our inclusive, consistent, and responsive programming for people of all ages and backgrounds.
