Muttville

We’re celebrating Stella’s 13th birthday by raising funds for Muttville, a San Francisco-based rescue dedicated to giving senior dogs a second chance at love and comfort in their golden years. Stella has been through a lot — she lives with megaesophagus, pancreatic issues, arthritis, digestive disorders and is deaf. Not to mention the multiple surgeries she’s had for her breathing issues — and that time she tore the ligaments in her leg… twice! But thanks to a whole lot of love, care, and extra tight snuggles, she’s still here with us today, living her best (and sassiest) life. Not every senior pup is as lucky. That’s why Muttville’s mission means so much. They believe that older dogs deserve just as much love, attention, and dignity as any puppy. Lori Harrison is a lover of animals and has shepherded many dogs and other creatures through their onstage roles at SF Opera. Let's celebrate all she's done for SFO pups and people by fundraising for this incredible organization that is the country's first cage-free shelter and California's first senior dog rescue. Who knows, maybe Lori will begin her retirement with a new furry friend!
