Mosaic Hospitality Association provides education, leadership training, mentorship, and customized support to encourage the full mosaic of hospitality talent in building meaningful careers and lasting economic opportunity for all.

The Problem

Mosaic Hospitality Association strives to create a world where the leadership of the hospitality industry reflects the full mosaic of talent and experiences in the workforce.

Our Approach

Mosaic Hospitality Association (known as “Mosaic”) will be a trusted charitable organization that promotes long-term career success among Black and Latino students (and their allies) in the hospitality, event planning, and related industries by:

• providing critical education and leadership development;
• supporting and engaging alumni, faculty and industry professionals;
• partnering with universities, companies, and associations; and,

• building and sustaining a dynamic network that promotes vital lifelong
  connections.

  As a result of their exposure to this organization’s work, members will:

• be exposed to, and be inspired to strive for excellence;
• strengthen their leadership in practice, skill, and ability;
• experience valued connection with peers through a powerful national network;
• understand how to use their unique experiences and perspectives in contribution to the hospitality industry;
• have an opportunity to learn about and experience the power of mentorship; access and activate meaningful industry networks throughout their careers; and,

• as alumni, continue to engage and support new industry talent.
