Clean Fallen Polyester Prayer Flags from Bhutanese mountains
Join us in preserving Bhutan's natural beauty by supporting our campaign to remove accumulated fallen polyester prayer flags and plastic from the mountains surrounding Thimphu, the capital city. Modern prayer flags are largely made of polyester, which is not biodegradable and harms the ecosystem. By cleaning up these fallen synthetic materials, we can restore the natural balance of the environment and preserve the symbolic ephemerality of the flags. Your donation will directly support students from VAST Bhutan in their efforts to clean up the mountains and raise awareness about the importance of eco-friendly practices.
