Inspiring Educators

Inspiring Educators trains and coaches educators to become inspiring, mission-driven and resilient leaders. IE's mission is to dramatically improve student outcomes in underserved communities by building the capacity of leaders to establish and maintain positive school culture, to promote educational equity, and to inspire their communities.

Right now, as increased burnout/turnover and low morale remain major challenges impacting our schools, Inspiring Educators is committed to being part of the solution.

According to a 2025 survey, teachers rate "shifts in school leadership approaches and styles" as one of the top ways to raise morale (EdWeek). More specifically, teachers want leaders who:

1) help them manage student behavioral challenges,

2) communicate with clarity and compassion, and

3) advocate for their needs.

Inspiring Educators supports leaders to develop the skills and mindsets needed for them to show up 100% for teachers in these exact ways.
