Education Through Music

Music is part of a well-rounded education, essential for students’ social and emotional well-being, and a critical tool for establishing equity and access. ETM promotes the use of music in under-resourced schools and schools in disadvantaged areas as a means of enhancing students' academic performance and general development.

To ensure sustainability and long-term success, we take a comprehensive approach to deliver music education to under-resourced elementary, middle, and high schools. We partner with these schools to provide music as a core subject for all children, and utilize music education as a catalyst to improve motivation for school and self-confidence.

Donations help sustain ETM’s partner school program, which reaches tens of thousands of inner-city children in New York City.
