Courage League Sports is a recreational sports facility designed for children not able to go "full speed" due to a disability, illness, or emotional challenges. Our programs provide an opportunity to play in adapted sports leagues, participate in group fitness classes or play around with family members on open gym nights at everyone's own skill level. We strive to ensure a positive recreational experience for all children and their families and encourage participants to fun while exercising outside a therapy atmosphere.
