Black Coalition for Safe Motherhood seeks to improve Black Maternal Heath by promoting healthcare advocacy and holistic community support of birthing families with the ACTT Curriculum. ACTT stands for Ask questions, Claim your space, Trust your body, Tell your story. This powerful set of affirmations forms the basis for interactive programs in which moms and their supporters practice making their voices heard in navigating pregnancy, birth and postpartum, and partnering with their healthcare providers.
