At the Aum Foundation, we believe in the power of potential. Our mission is to eliminate barriers, build on strengths, prepare for the future, and empower young women for a lifetime of success.

Founded in 2013 by Alka Bharagav, Aum has grown from a small cohort of 10 students to serving 83 exceptional young minds today. Our focus is on under-resourced female students in Alabama, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive.

Our Impactful Programs:

• Pathway to Success for Seniors: Guiding high school seniors towards college acceptance and success with $1,500 scholarships and laptops.
• Pathway to Opportunity for Juniors: Empowering high school juniors to explore careers, build essential life skills, and prepare for academic excellence with tablets.
• Pathway to Empowerment for College Freshmen: Providing unwavering support to college freshmen with $500 scholarships and resources to navigate their first year.

Our Comprehensive Approach:
