Al-Majed International Organization (USMIO) is a Philadelphia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization helping individuals and families facing financial hardship and emergency needs.

Our Mission

Our mission is to strengthen families and communities by providing practical assistance that addresses immediate needs while promoting dignity, stability, and self-sufficiency.

What We Do

• Food Assistance: We help provide food and other essential nutrition support to individuals and families experiencing hardship.

• Hygiene & Household Essentials: We distribute hygiene products, cleaning supplies, and essential household items that families may struggle to afford.

• Emergency & Basic Needs Assistance: We help individuals and families facing urgent circumstances access essential goods and community resources.

• Clothing & Essential Supplies: We distribute donated clothing and other essential items based on community needs and available resources.

• Community Support: We connect individuals and families with resources, referrals, and assistance that can help improve stability and quality of life.

Corporate & Community Partnerships

USMIO welcomes partnerships with businesses, foundations, community organizations, and individual donors. We accept financial and in-kind contributions including food, hygiene products, household essentials, clothing, equipment, and other useful goods.

Through responsible partnerships and direct community assistance, USMIO works to help families throughout Philadelphia and surrounding communities
