We are excited to announce that we are launching Tandem, a non profit organization solely focused on achieving gender equality in our lifetime.

At the current rate of progress UN Women estimates that it will take 286 years for the world to achieve gender equality. Let that sink in. . . that is almost eight generations - our children’s, children’s, children’s, children’s, children’s, children’s, children’s, children. This is unacceptable. So, we have been heads down designing an intentionally different kind of organization that will meaningfully accelerate this pace.
