Spirit Of Ukraine

Spirit of Ukraine (SOU) is a U.S.-based, volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to delivering critical humanitarian, medical, and logistical aid directly to those impacted by Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Colorado, SOU was born out of urgency, compassion, and the firm belief that ordinary people can make an extraordinary difference.

We operate with transparency, efficiency, and integrity, ensuring every dollar and donation reaches the people and places it’s intended for. Through a trusted network of volunteers and carefully vetted partners on the ground in Ukraine, we provide direct support to frontline medics, defenders, displaced families, orphanages, and underserved communities. Our team personally verifies every shipment and monitors impact, staying actively involved from procurement to delivery.

Unlike larger organizations with slow-moving systems, SOU is nimble, grassroots, and action-oriented. We respond quickly to evolving needs, whether it’s tourniquets for combat medics, generators for frontline communications, boots for newly mobilized soldiers, or hygiene kits for war-affected children. Our aid efforts are guided by frontline requests, not top-down mandates, allowing us to deliver with both precision and purpose.

In addition to aid delivery, SOU advocates for Ukraine through education, public awareness campaigns, and strategic partnerships with other nonprofits, civic groups, and private donors. We believe in collective action, cross-border collaboration, and amplifying Ukrainian voices wherever possible.
