**About SoyMás Foundation Inc.**

**SoyMás Foundation Inc.** is a U.S.–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization empowering young mothers and women in poverty to **break the cycle of intergenerational poverty** through **education, mental health, vocational training, and digital empowerment.**

Founded in 2024 as an extension of **Fundación SoyMás Chile** (established in 2017), SoyMás Foundation Inc. bridges Latin American innovation with U.S. philanthropy to support evidence-based education and research initiatives that create opportunities for women to thrive and lead independent, fulfilling lives.

**Our Approach: The 360° Empowerment Model**

At the heart of SoyMás’s work is a **360° Empowerment Model**, a holistic approach that integrates education, mental health, and digital skill-building into a single, transformative experience.

Each participant—primarily adolescent and young mothers—receives access to:

- **Education and Vocational Training:** Programs in healthcare, gastronomy, data analysis, and entrepreneurship prepare women for high-demand careers.
- **Digital Empowerment:** Participants learn computer literacy, online communication, and digital entrepreneurship through the *Digital Empowerment Lab*, bridging the technology divide.
- **Mental Health and Trauma Recovery:** SoyMás integrates psychological counseling, mindfulness, and community support to help women heal from trauma and develop resilience.
- **Childcare and Early Childhood Support:** On-site childcare allows mothers to focus on learning while their children receive developmental support.
- **Job Placement and Entrepreneurship Support:** Graduates receive help connecting to employment or launching small businesses, ensuring long-term stability.

This model empowers women to become **self-sufficient learners, earners, and leaders**—creating ripples of change that extend to their children, families, and communities.

SoyMás Foundation is not only a service organization—it is also a **living research laboratory.**

Through its **Research & Data Lab**, created in partnership with the **Pontifical Catholic and Fundacion Duoc** SoyMás studies the root causes of poverty among women—specifically trauma, educational inequality, and digital exclusion.

Key initiatives include:

- **Trauma and ADHD Research:** A multi-year, peer-reviewed study on how trauma and neurodiversity affect educational persistence.
- **Dropout Prediction Model:** A data-driven tool designed to identify students at risk of leaving school early, allowing for timely interventions.
- **Open-Access Data Sharing:** SoyMás publishes research findings freely to advance evidence-based solutions across the education and social impact sectors.
