Southern Off Rd Bicycle Association is a nonprofit organization focused on recreation, sports, leisure, or athletics. It is based in Oak Ridge, TN. It received its nonprofit status in 2001.

Through active stewardship, advocacy and partnerships, the Clinch Valley Trail Alliance seeks to improve the health, environment and economy of our region by the development and preservation of sustainable, multi-use trails within the City of Oak Ridge and the greater Roane and Anderson County regions of East Tennessee.

Since 1989, SORBA has worked to create, enhance, and preserve great mountain experiences in the Southeastern United States.
