SIDS of Illinois works to elminate sudden infant deaths and serves the community by: Supporting family members and other who have been touched by the tragedy of an infant death; Educating the public and professionals about bereavement support and infant mortality reduction; Creating Community awareness on the subject of SIDS and other infant deaths; and Eliminating SIDS and other infant death through the support and implementation of appropriate research.
