Hi!
On May 24th 2026, I’ll be running the Cape Town Marathon! 26.2 miles fueled not just by training, but by purpose.
This run is for the children of Kenya who are fighting the hardest battle of their lives: cancer.
I am raising funds for Shoe4Africa, an incredible organization that is building Kenya’s first ever children’s cancer hospital, a place where children can receive life saving treatment close to home, with dignity, hope, and care.
For many families in Kenya, cancer treatment is simply out of reach. Long travel, high costs, and limited facilities mean that too many children never get the chance they deserve. This hospital will change that. It will save lives.
Shoe4Africa has already transformed thousands of lives through healthcare, education, empowerment, and the power of running. What started with shoes has become a movement, one that proves that sport can change the world.
Every step I take in this marathon is for a child who can’t run.
Every mile is a reminder that together, we can give hope where it’s needed most. 💙
