Runway of Hope 2026 | Support Public Schools in India

Every child deserves a teacher who believes in them and knows how to help them learn. In India's government schools, millions of teachers want to do exactly that, but rarely get the support to grow.

Simple Education Foundation started in 2013 with a simple belief: if we invest in teachers, children learn. Our founders began as classroom teachers in Delhi, and that experience still shapes everything we do.

Today we work alongside state governments in Delhi, Punjab and Uttarakhand to strengthen how teachers are trained and supported. In Punjab alone, our teacher development programme runs across 23 districts. Through Teachers For Tomorrow, we also work with 1,000 trainee teachers across 4 institutes, so new teachers walk into classrooms ready from day one.

Governments already fund much of the work on the ground. Your contribution helps us do what they can't easily do alone: build the partnerships, coaching models and simple tools that make good teaching possible at scale, and that governments can carry forward for years.

When you support SEF, you support a teacher. And every teacher reaches a classroom full of children.
