PSCORE stands for ‘People for Successful COrean REunification*‘*. We are a non-profit NGO based in Seoul, South Korea. PSCORE works toward the reunification of the Korean Peninsula through public exposure and programs, such as Mentoring, Education, and Human Rights and Democracy. Since its founding in 2006, PSCORE has been an active and outspoken advocate for the promotion of human rights in North Korea. PSCORE is the only NGO that focuses exclusively on North Korean human rights. Since 2012, it has held special consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). PSCORE also provides emergency aid to North Korean refugees in China through discrete and secure channels. All programs are designed to support and raise awareness about human rights violations in North Korea.
