Prism the Gift Fund

Prism the Gift Fund (Prism) is a UK charity/ Donor Advised Fund, that administers the giving of individuals, groups and foundations making significant gifts to charities globally. As a charity, our mission is to increase the flow of funds into the charitable sector by creating efficiencies. At the end of our last financial year, June 2020, Prism had over £93m in income last year and distributed over £53m to charities around the world through its two core service offerings: — Providing Donor Advised Fund (DAF) services to Ultra and High Net Worth (U/HNW) individuals and families who channel their national and international philanthropy through Prism as a time, cost, and tax effective alternative to setting up their own grant making foundation. A DAF is akin to an Own-Name Foundation charity account and is the fastest growing philanthropy giving vehicle globally. — Providing Collective Fund services — charitable, finance and governance infrastructure to groups who want to create brands or projects of a charitable nature. Subject to its stringent onboarding and monitoring systems Prism provides its charitable expertise and status as well as its, administration and due diligence services to these groups. Structurally, Prism is one charity with multiple restricted funds operated on behalf of DAF or Collective Fund clients. Prism also provides Foundation Administration for registered charities. Prism seeks to be the gold standard and to provide the most efficient and personal giving service in the UK philanthropy sector.
