Ping Pong for Good is both a movement for brain health and a new way to move to optimize brain and body health. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for those living with neurodegenerative and neurological diseases as well as neurodivergence.

There is growing evidence that playing ping pong may slow cognitive decline and help to decrease the symptoms associated with neurodegenerative and neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and MS, as well as neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD. Just as importantly, it's been shown to promote general brain health and active aging.

However, how to play ping pong in a manner that optimizes its many benefits doesn't exist. That’s why we’re working with experts in neurology, physical therapy, fitness, and table tennis to develop a comprehensive program that provides for the widespread adoption of ping pong as a fitness and a therapeutic activity. This is in addition to the recreational and competitive sport play typically associated with it.

We're building a diverse community of active ping pongers of all ages.
