Our mission is to care for and train Christian leaders so they can flourish for a lifetime of faithful, fruitful ministry. We come alongside pastors, missionaries, and ministry teams around the world through an integrated model of Care and Training that addresses the whole person—body, mind, emotions, relationships, and spirit.

• Experiential Retreats — five-day immersive events that help participants re-center Jesus, re-member the body of Christ, and re-story the gospel.
• Relational Intelligence Training — equipping teams to build trust, navigate conflict, and cultivate healthy relationships.
• Cultural Intelligence Training — strengthening cross-cultural effectiveness through assessment and coaching.
• Language Acquisition Training — empowering cross-cultural workers to learn language through proven, participatory methods.
