Supporting the Next Waves of PCP - 2023 Crowdfunder
For over twenty years, The Pre-Collegiate Program of Yangon has molded young change-makers in Myanmar and launched them into exceptional colleges and meaningful careers. You all, as our alumni, are the legacy of this program, and your outsized impact as leaders is evident in so many sectors across Myanmar and the world. The impact of our alumni and promise to our current waves of PCP students is what drives me to support the program, and I hope it drives all of you to continue your support!
We need to ensure that PCP can impact the next generations of change-makers in the country. With an ongoing financial crisis, unrest caused by the military coup, and uncertainty rampant in Myanmar, this will not be an easy task. 2024 will be the 4th year in a row of extreme difficulty for our students and their families (and the road has not been easy for the program and our teachers either). PCP, as an institution and a beacon of hope for the country, is even more important in these tough times. I know that I can rely on the resilience of future waves of PCP students and the dedication of our incredible PCP Directors, but the program cannot exist without a strong and committed network of donors and alumni. You are that network! I hope you’ll bring your support to the next level as we work together to ensure a brighter future for Myanmar.
OUR GOAL -- by December 1, 2023 PCP alumni will raise $8,000 to support the program and it's future students in Myanmar.
What is the impact value of you donation?

What are P-CP’s financial projections for 2024?
Expenses likely will be around $100,000 to run the program. Donations from alumni and other supporters make up a crucial share of this operating budget, and the program cannot run without this support.
Please donate if you can within the next month, and/or consider sharing this fundraiser with friends and other alumni. Post your donation on the PCPians Facebook if you feel comfortable doing so. All donations will be anonymous unless you choose to share.
Me, our PCP Directors, and future PCPians thank you!!
