In a region of limited resources, a single medical crisis can push a family into poverty; Mersal Foundation stands as the community's  last line of defence. We operate not just as a charity, but as a parallel health shield for those who have none, or their illness cost goes beyond individual reach.

- The "Privacy First" Promise: We believe dignity is part of the cure. You will never see us exploit a patient's pain for likes. Our refusal to publish photos of patient faces is our signature of ethical fundraising. 
- No Discrimination: We treat humans. Whether Egyptian, Sudanese, Syrian, or Palestinian; whether Muslim or Christian. If you are in pain on Egyptian soil, Mersal is your home. 
- Complex Care Specialists: We don't just hand out medicine. We run fully equipped Neonatal ICUs (Incubators), a dedicated Oncology Center, and a 24/7 Emergency Response network.
