In a region of limited resources, a single medical crisis can push a family into poverty; the Mersal Foundation stands as the community's last line of defense. We operate not just as a charity, but as a parallel health shield for those who have none or whose illness cost goes beyond individual reach.

- Complex Care Specialists: We don't just hand out medicine. We run fully equipped Neonatal ICUs (incubators), a dedicated Oncology Center, and a 24/7 Emergency Response network.
