As a former paramedic and a current leader in the mental health space, I’ve seen the immense "mental mountains" people face every day—and the financial barriers that often stand in the way of recovery. My mission is to help bridge that gap.

The Mission: The Mental Mountains Project provides financial aid to those who cannot afford essential behavioral health services. While I tackle the physical challenge of skiing Lhakpa Ri and the North Col of Everest this season in Tibet, your support helps others navigate their toughest personal peaks.

Your Impact: I self-fund my expeditions, so 100% of your donation goes directly toward funding treatment and support for those in need. Whether it’s $5 or $500, every contribution helps provide a lifeline to someone in our community.
