Menstruation is a natural part of life for every girl and woman, yet for millions in disadvantaged, slum, and rural communities, it remains a barrier to education, health, and overall well-being. Without access to menstrual hygiene products, too many girls are forced to stay home from school, miss important opportunities, and face shame and stigma. This must change—because no girl should ever have to choose between managing her period and participating fully in life.

MEMPROW believes that every girl deserves to experience menstruation with dignity, comfort, and ease, regardless of her socio-economic background. Our One Pad at a Time donation drive is part of our broader Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) program, focused on supporting girls from disadvantaged, slum, and rural communities, including those attending under-resourced schools. These girls face enormous challenges accessing sanitary products, often leading to missing school, social isolation, and a loss of confidence.

This initiative seeks to break that cycle. By donating pads, you are giving girls the chance to live without limitation, empowering them to stay in school, maintain their dignity, and continue pursuing their dreams.

• $25 → Provides a month's supply of sanitary pads for 5 girls.
